1、 Why can the ground warm appear partial not hot?

(1) The length of each loop heating pipe on the same water separator and collector should be as close as possible. If the length difference of each loop is too large, it will be photographed, locally overheated, or not hot

(2) There are three-way or four-way joints, and the uneven flow and pressure cause local heat. It is recommended to use a whole pipe to form a circuit, and the error of the total length of each circuit should be controlled within 10 meters, and the whole pipe should be used as much as possible.

2、 What are the reasons for the low indoor temperature after the warm operation of hydropower?

(1) The building is at the end of the heat source network

(2) Working pressure of main pipeline fails to meet the requirements

(3) Main pipe filter and inlet filter blocked

(4) Gas accumulation in diversity water collector

(5) The heating pipes of each loop are not smooth, or the heating pipes have air plugs

(7) The water supply temperature does not meet the design requirements

(8) Unreasonable coil length

(9) According to the building structure and orientation, the actual heat load is not calculated

(10) Too large tube spacing, small radiation and heat dissipation

(11) Illegal construction, floor heating pipeline dead bending, bending flat phenomenon, resulting in poor flow

(12) Before laying the pipe, the sundries in the pipe were not cleaned carefully, resulting in local pipe blockage

(13) Without hydraulic calculation, the circulating water flow is insufficient and the pipe diameter is small and the resistance is large.

3、 Why is the ground heating too hot?

Answer: there are many reasons for the floor heating to be too hot. For example, the temperature of the heating water is too high, without heat loss calculation, and the heating coil is laid too tightly. The simple way is to add a short-circuit valve in front of the water distributor between the two main pipes, so that part of the water can return directly without passing the water distributor. Adjust the valve switch several times, until the appropriate temperature is reached, or install a temperature control valve, which Sample temperature control valve can control the room temperature.

4、 How to deal with the leakage of floor heating?

For water seepage, the following problems should be distinguished. First of all, the connection between the water collector and the water separator and the heating coil is considered as a weak link. Because the thermal expansion coefficient of the plastic pipe and the copper joint is different, the plastic pipe and the copper joint are prone to produce the phenomenon of thermal expansion and cold contraction in the system interval heating, and this phenomenon often occurs in the connection between the radiator and the plastic pipe. In addition, if the heating coil buried in the floor is connected by copper joints, more attention should be paid. There is no good way to deal with the problem of seepage. It is suggested that the specifications and standards of water collector and water separator should be implemented in accordance with the specifications. Especially in the operation of the system, maintenance assurance measures should be strengthened.

5、 Why does the ground heating pipe deform?

The floor heating pipes must be high temperature and corrosion-resistant. Generally, the pipes that are not very good are easy to age and deform when the central heating water temperature is high.
