1. UHMW-PE is the abbreviation of ultra high polymer, HDPE is the abbreviation of high polymer;

2. The molecular weight of UHMWPE pipe is much higher than that of high molecular weight pipe, and the molecular weight of UHMWPE pipe is more than 2.5 million; the molecular weight of HDPE pipe with ordinary resistance is only several hundred thousand.

3. The production speed of UHMWPE pipe is much slower than that of high polymer pipe. One line of ultra-high polymer pipe can only produce tens of meters a day, while the high polymer pipe can produce thousands of meters a day; therefore, there are many ultra-high polymer pipe production lines in JINDA pipe industry.

4. The inner and outer surfaces of uhmws are much smoother than those of HMS. So there is no scaling.

5. The comprehensive properties of uhmwt are higher than that of HMT. Such as high wear resistance, strong corrosion resistance, impact resistance, oxidation resistance, no scaling, good flexibility, low temperature resistance, non-toxic, convenient connection. Light weight, easy to install.

6. The connection of UHMWPE pipe does not need flange joint. When it leaves the factory, it is directly flanged and then flanged. There is no weld, and the weld will not crack due to temperature difference.
